I couldn’t set up the eSIM correctly, therefore I contacted the support centre by WhatsApp. They have replied me in 1 min!! And they were so kind and helpful. I will definitely use their service again. Highly recommended for the eSIM beginners.

I chose 5G because I was worried because I used Google Maps, but I was able to use it comfortably! The setting is easy and it is convenient because eSIM is overwhelmingly easier than Wi-Fi when traveling. I was able to use the beach and the crowds where the radio waves were likely to be bad without problems.

It was very comfortable to use! The setting was easy and it was good that I didn't have to carry a heavy Wi-Fi router! There was Wi-Fi everywhere in Australia, so I left the maps and other things to my daughter, who had a large number of giga, so the smallest capacity was enough! I was happy that the price was reasonable and I was able to save in Australia where prices were high! I will use it again!

[Installing eSIM]

*Device supports eSIM function: Enter *#06# on the dial interface. If EID is displayed, it means eSIM is supported; if not, eSIM cannot be used.

1. Open the Trip.com APP order, quick install or scan the QR code to install it.

2. Open Cellular Network (iOS) or SIM Card Management (Android) in Settings

3. When your phone is connected to the Internet, click "Add Cellular Network" (iOS) or "Add SIM Card Management" (Android) and scan the QR code to install.

4. If you cannot scan the code, you can enter the "SM-DP + Address and Activation Code" in the booking voucher to install it

[Using eSIM]

*Tag your eSIM mobile data plan Trip for easy identification.

1. Turn off the cellular data of the original SIM card, confirm that the eSIM is enabled and set as the default cellular data

2. Enable data roaming on your eSIM

3. If you are unable to connect, please manually set the APN and restart your phone (see below for details)

[APN Setting]

In most cases, the APN will be set automatically. If you cannot access the Internet, please refer to the booking voucher page to set it manually:

• iOS: Settings > Cellular > [eSIM] > Mobile data network

• Android: Settings > Mobile networks > Mobile data > Access point name > Add and save

If a cancellation request is submitted before 12:00 AM, 1 day(s) prior to the expiration date, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 12:00 AM 1 day(s) before the expiration date, a fee of 100% will be charged.
Cancellation is not allowed once the product is activated.
Important note

[eSIM installation and reset instructions]

• If an error message appears when scanning the QR Code, please first confirm whether the eSIM has been successfully added in "Settings → Cellular Network" on the device.

• If you install it before arriving at destination, you may see a message such as "Activating" or "Unable to activate eSIM". Do not delete it. You can temporarily turn off eSIM and turn it on again after arriving.


[eSIM activation reminder]

The eSIM will be automatically activated after you arrive at destination and complete the installation. If you purchase a plan that covers multiple countries, please do not install it in any supported country in advance to avoid premature activation and affecting the validity period and rights.


[Network and connection precautions]

Signal quality may be affected by factors such as location, terrain, building shielding, number of users and weather. Actual connection conditions depend on the coverage of local operators. When 5G is not available, the device will automatically connect to 4G/LTE.
