- The price includes Visa fee (charged by the Chinese Embassy) + Service fee (charged by China Visa Center and agency) + GST

- Note: For applicants who applying for (L) Tourist Visa, you don't need to come down to visa center for fingerprint collection. If the Embassy considers that fingerprints still need to be taken after review, the Visa center will notify the applicant to take additional fingerprints.

2. Required Documents:
2.1 Basic documents:
(1) Passport: Original passport with at least six months of remaining validity and with blank visa pages
(2) A colored photocopy of the passport's data page and the photo page if it is separate.
(3) Photo of 2 empty pages on your passport
(4) Visa Application Form and Photo
One completed Visa Application Form with a recent 6 months colour passport photo (bare-head, full face) against a white background (size: 48mm x 33mm) attached. If the accompanying children on the same passport are also on the tour, their photos should be stuck on the Application Form, and related illustration is required. You can fill up the Online Application Form here, print it out and sign it.
(5) Proof of legal stay or residence status (applicable to those not applying for the visa in their country of citizenship)
Non-Singapore citizens shall provide documents that entitle them to reside for an extended period of time in Singapore provide original and photocopy (For PR Holders, please provide Re-entry permit Form 7; for WP, EP, STP, DP or SVP holders, please scan the QR code and print out the new issued pass. Temporary visitors to Singapore should apply for a Chinese visa in their own country. For the special cases, consular officer has the rights to make the final decision on whether issuing a visa or not.
(6) Photocopy of previous Chinese passports or previous Chinese visas (applicable for those who were Chinese citizens and have obtained foreign citizenship).
If you are applying for a Chinese visa for the first time, you should provide the last Chinese passport held and a photocopy of its data page.
If you have obtained Chinese visas before and apply for a Chinese visa with a renewed foreign passport that does not contain any Chinese visa, you should present the photocopy of the previous passport's data page and the photo page if it is separate, as well as the previous Chinese visa page (If your name on the current passport differs from that on the previous one, you must provide an official document of name change).
2.2 Other supporting documents:
(1) Applicant's round trip flight booking
(2) Applicant's hotel reservation (must have applicant's name on it)
If applicants can't provide the hotel reservation, instead of staying at friend's, relative's place during holiday in china. Please provide the tourism invitation letter and the inviter's Chinese ID (front &back) copy or foreigner's residence permit and passport copy .
The invitation letter should contain:
1) Information of the applicant: Name, gender, date of birth, passport number and etc.
2) Details of planned visit: arrival & departure date, tourism destination, expenditure arrangement and etc.
3) Information of inviter: Inviter's name, contact number, address, inviter's signature and etc.
Please note:
(1) Unless the original version is required in particular, the invitation letter may be in the form of fax, photocopy or computer printout.
(2) If necessary, the consular officer may require the applicant to provide other proof documents or supplementary materials, or require an interview with the applicant.
(3) The consular officer will decide on whether or not to issue the visa and on its validity, duration of stay and number of entries in light of specific conditions of the applicant.
3. Application Procedure:
(1) Place order and make payment
Contact us via customer service or WhatsApp between 10am-7pm (Singapore local time) if you have any questions after you place the order.
(2) Prepare documents
We will email you or WhatsApp you the list of required documents.
(3) Submit digital documents for online review
Please submit all required documents to our email (we will send you the email address with the list). We will check the documents and submit online for review.
(4) Submit physical passport
We will notify you when the online review is passed. You can send us the physical passport for offline submission.
(5) Offline submission
We will submit your visa application to the China visa center. If fingerprint collection is required, we will confirm the time with you in advance.
*The embassy may call you or ask for interview when they review your application.
(6) Collection passport with visa
When visa is ready, we will collect your passport from the visa center. You can arrange the collection from our office.
4. Things to note:
(1) This is non-refundable product. If you visa application is rejected or you withdraw the visa application, there is no refund from our side.
(2) You can reschedule the application date 2 working days in advance. The first time reschedule is free, from second time, there would be SGD 20 service charge.
(3) Once the application is submitted, you cannot amend the application or rush the process.
(4) There are limited slots from the visa center, we will try our best to book your preferred slot. The available slots is provided the visa center.
(5) Usually the processing time is 3-5 working days for online review + 4 working days for offline submission. The final processing days are decided by the embassy. If your application is delayed, we will inform and try our best to assist.
