The center will be closed from February 16th to 20th due to the Chinese New Year. Please plan your visa submission and collection time in advance.

At present, Chinese visa applications are divided into two stages: the first stage is online pre-approval; The second stage is offline submission. All application materials must be submitted during online pre screening; When submitting offline, only the original documents need to be presented.Please allow at least 8 working days for visa processing.This product does not include visa fees.

(Visa fee and visa center service fee are not included, which need to be paid by customers when collecting fingerprints and submitting materials. )


2.Visa application process:

1) Place an order and make payment

Contact the manual customer support between 9am-6pm (Beijing local time,Monday to Friday, except holidays ) if you have any questions after you place the order.

2) Prepare documents

We will email you the list of required documents. (between 10am-5pm,Beijing local time)

3) Review documents (1-2 working days)

The applicant need to send back documents. We will check the documents upon submission and give feedback to applicants (by email).

4) Submit application&Online pre-approval (2-5working days or even will be extended during peak season.The final time is decided by visa center. )

Online pre-approval will take some time by visa center.We will contact you when it is approved.In this period,as the Chinese embassy/consulate required,

applications maybe need to modify or supplement application materials.

5) Offline submission&Fingerprint collection (You can choose regular,express or urgent service.It will take 4,3 or 2 working days.)

Submit the application in person with original passport and materials, provide biometric information (e.g. fingerprints), and pay visa fees in the Visa Application Center

(Address: 20/F, Capital Center, 151 Gloucester Road, Wan Chai, HK) .

6) Collection passport

After reviewing by the consulate,the applicants go to the visa center to pick up the passport with visa in person.

The final decision on the visa will be made by the Chinese Embassy/Consulate, which may be different from your application.

3. Things to note:

(1) Cancel anytime if unused and not reserved Partial refund is not available. To change the date or time, please cancel your booking and book again.If you want to cancel but we have already completed the document review, the service fee of HKD 150 will be deducted, and the remaining balance will be refunded through the original payment method within a certain period of time.If you visa application is rejected or you withdraw the visa application, there is no refund from our side.

(2)Please ensure that all submitted information is true and complete. Incomplete or inaccurate information may result in your visa application being delayed or refused.

If there is any change, the instructions from the embassy or consulate shall prevail.

(3) Once the application form is submitted online, you cannot amend the application or rush the process.

(4)Usually the processing time of offline submission and review is 4 working days with regular service,3 working days with express service and 2 working days with urgent service.

You can choose one of the services, and the corresponding visa fees are different.

The final processing days are decided by the embassy. If your application is delayed, we will inform and try our best to assist.

(5)Whether the applicant can obtain a visa is determined by the Chinese embassy/consulate.

If you successfully obtain the visa, please carefully check whether the information on the visa page is correct as soon as you receive it to avoid affecting your itinerary.
