4. Please arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes in advance and follow the meeting time provided by the guide for each journey. Passengers who are late will not be able to participate in or continue the tour and will not receive a refund.
5. The final departure time can be checked on this website after 5:00 PM Melbourne time the day before travel: https://www.qqqq.com.au/pretourinfo
6. The actual meeting time will also be notified via SMS before 7:00 PM on the day before departure. Please ensure your phone number is correct and keep your phone accessible.
7. If your mobile number changes due to switching to a local Australian SIM card or other reasons, please proactively call the emergency contact number (see confirmation voucher) one day before the trip to confirm the meeting time. If you provided a non-Australian phone number when placing the order, we won't be able to send SMS notifications. For any itinerary-related issues, please call the emergency contact number (see confirmation voucher).
8. If you have not received the SMS and cannot view the link, please directly call the emergency contact number to confirm the departure time (see the booking confirmation).
9. Self-paid admission tickets during the itinerary will be purchased by our agency, and attraction admission tickets will be uniformly purchased by the guide. Pre-purchasing is not allowed. If travelers purchase tickets on their own, our agency will not provide any transportation or transfer services, or an additional transportation fee of A$20 per person per day may be charged, collected at the end of the day's itinerary.
10. If any group member chooses not to participate in an optional activity (fees excluded), the guide will arrange free time at the attraction until the regular meeting time.
11. Australian law recommends that children under 7 years old use safety seats. Local travel agencies cannot provide them, so passengers are advised to bring their own. If passengers wish to bring child safety seats or strollers, please be sure to note the quantity in the booking remarks so the local travel agency can arrange placement based on vehicle space. If children sit in regular seats, caregivers must assist them with seat belts and assume all accident risks.
12. If traveling with companions, we recommend making a joint booking. If making separate bookings, please be sure to note all companion booking numbers in the booking remarks. Failure to notify in advance may result in passengers being assigned to different vehicles or even different groups on the day of travel. Please take note before booking.
13. In autumn and winter, coastal areas are cold and windy, so bring warm clothing. In summer, pack sun protection gear, appropriate clothing, and be mindful of flies.
14. Meals are not included in this itinerary. The guide will take travelers to nearby restaurants for meals. If travelers have special dietary requirements, such as vegetarian meals, it is recommended that they bring their own food.
15. For safety reasons, each passenger must be assigned a seat. Infants and young children are exempt from admission ticket fees but require payment of a basic seat occupancy fee. Please ensure to provide the number of passengers and their ages when making a reservation.
