How to use
1. On the day of the tour, meet at the designated location with your booking confirmation SMS, phone number, and ID card as arranged with the guide (the guide will confirm the departure time and location with you before 22:00 the day before departure). If you haven't received contact from the guide after 22:00, please contact customer support as soon as possible.
2. Validity: Valid on the selected day
Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 11:00 AM, 1 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted before 6:00 PM 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 30% will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted before 10:00 PM 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 60% will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 10:00 PM 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.

1. Suzhou attractions require real-name registration for entry. Please bring your ID card on the day of your visit.
If you leave midway during the trip due to personal reasons, it will be considered as voluntary abandonment and no refund will be provided.
