This may result in customers losing their entitled protection and our company will not be held responsible.</li><li>As this is a shared trip, the estimated pick-up time may be affected by traffic conditions and the punctuality of individual customers. Please do not let this affect your enjoyment of the trip.</li><li>After checking into the hotel, please provide us with your room number and valid contact information. Please be punctual and wait in the hotel lobby at the designated time. The driver will wait for a maximum of 5 minutes. If you are not present in the lobby, the driver will wait for a maximum of 5 minutes upon arrival before departing. Missing the pick-up will be considered as automatically forfeiting the trip, and no refunds or rescheduling will be possible.</li><li>The shared transfer service may arrive earlier or later than the scheduled time.
