The instructions are clear and easy to activate.  Got connected immediately after we landed.  Used it in Australia and really made our trip a memorable one.  Helped us in finding routes, restaurants and so on.  Keep us updated specially on weather forecast, news and etc.

As soon as I arrived in New Zealand, I was able to connect to the free WIFI at the airport, read the QR code and use it immediately. It was convenient because I was able to use it seamlessly during my stay, and it was helpful to be able to use 20GB at this price. I bought another esim with less data for another backup, but I was a little worried because I couldn't use it even if I read QR. Radio waves were difficult to connect or slow in some places, and there was a little frustration.

In Perth, the signal wasn’t good when in further north areas, like pink lake, Kalbarri national park. City areas was fine.

Easy to use, self-registration is convenient, not difficult at all. This SIM counts the date of the installation. Not the day of catching the signal at the destination country. the internet in the city is normally good,but it is not that fast,it should be because of the network in australia itself. If you go out of town, it's LTE until there's no signal. So don't buy much because the signal is not good.. - I don't know, I'm looking for a twig.

How to use
[Install eSIM]
1. Open the QR code attachment in the Trip.com APP booking and print it out or save it to another electronic device in advance. (iOS 17 and above and some Android phones can directly save the QR code image to the phone)
2. Open Cellular Network (iOS) or SIM Card Management (Android) in Settings
3. When your phone is connected to the Internet, click "Add Cellular Network" (iOS) or "Add SIM Card Management" (Android) and scan the QR code to install.
4. If you cannot scan the code, you can enter the "SM-DP + Address and Activation Code" in the booking voucher to install it
5. If you fail in step 3 or 4, your phone may be locked by the operator in Permanent address(unable to use other operators' network bands). You need to contact the operator to unlock it before using eSIM.
 
[Using eSIM]
1. Turn off the main card and turn on the eSIM network switch
2. Enable cellular network (iOS) or SIM card (Android)
3. Turn on data roaming
4. If you still cannot access the Internet after the above settings, please set the APN and restart. See the message below for details.
 
[About APN]
1. If you purchase an eSIM that covers multiple countries/regions, when you arrive in a new area, if you cannot connect to the Internet, please manually switch the APN (it will switch automatically under normal circumstances)
2. Setting path: Cellular number--Cellular data network, or mobile network--Mobile data network, or mobile service--Mobile data network
3. Enter the APN: mobile.three.com.hk
4. Restart your phone
Change & Cancellation Policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 12:00 AM, 1 day(s) prior to the expiration date, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 12:00 AM 1 day(s) before the expiration date, a fee of 100% will be charged.
Cancellation is not allowed once the product is activated.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
Precautions

[eSIM Requirements]  

Device must support eSIM functionality: Dial *#06# on the dialing screen. If EID is shown, the device supports eSIM. If no EID is displayed, eSIM cannot be used.  

Device must be unlocked: Confirm with the carrier whether the device is locked to a specific network. Please ensure the device meets these requirements before purchase for proper eSIM usage.


[Setting up eSIM]  

Please install and activate the eSIM after arriving at the destination while connected to the network. Installing the eSIM in a non-destination country/region may cause the eSIM to become invalid or cause usage time to be calculated prematurely.  

If installation issues occur, please refer to the usage guide.


[Enable Data Roaming]  

Ensure the "Data Roaming" option is enabled for the eSIM.


[Network Information]  

Signal quality may be affected by factors such as location, terrain, building obstructions, number of users, and weather. Actual connectivity depends on the local carrier's coverage. If 5G is unavailable, the device will automatically connect to 4G/LTE.


[Hotspot Sharing]  

Hotspot sharing is supported, but due to device differences, it cannot be guaranteed that all devices will be able to share.


[Do not delete eSIM after installation]  

A QR Code can only be used on one device. After installation, it will be bound to that device and cannot be transferred to another device.
