1-day tour of Barcelona's Gothic Quarter + Old Port + Plaça de Sant Felip Neri in Spain

Before you book:

1. This product is provided by an overseas partner and booked through our store. Due to real-time updates of product information and market price fluctuations, details may differ from what was displayed at the time of booking. By completing payment, you acknowledge and accept the itinerary, cost details, cancellation policy, and other terms. Once successfully booked, no cancellation or modification requests will be accepted within 48 hours before departure. We appreciate your understanding.

2. Please arrive at the meeting point/pick-up point at least 15 minutes in advance - earlier is better. If the guide/driver hasn't arrived yet, please wait patiently. Late arrivals cannot be guaranteed seating or eligible for changes/refunds. Thank you for your understanding.

3. The itinerary description is for reference only, including departure time, duration, attractions, and images. Specific details may be adjusted by the driver/guide based on actual conditions for the safety of all travelers. Please show understanding and cooperation. Claims based on discrepancies between the actual experience and product descriptions/images will not be accepted.

4. Please bring a valid passport or ID. All passengers must present a valid ID or passport to board the helicopter.

5. Comfortable shoes are recommended. Pets and electric wheelchairs are not allowed.

6. Passenger allocation in the helicopter will be determined based on the helicopter's weight and seating capacity to ensure safety. Flights may be canceled or rescheduled due to adverse weather conditions.

7. If the minimum number of participants is not met for this itinerary, we will arrange an alternative date or itinerary for you, or provide a full refund.

8. Not suitable for individuals weighing over 243 lbs (110 kg), as those exceeding this weight cannot participate in the flight. Passengers over 130 kg (286 lbs) will be unable to join the flight. Passengers exceeding 110 kg (242 lbs) will be charged for two seats during the flight.

Flights will be scheduled between 11:00 AM and 1:30 PM. The activity provider will notify you of the boarding time one day before your trip.

Infants must be at least 2 years old to participate in this itinerary. The itinerary is not suitable for wheelchair users.

11. Fees

(1) Includes: Bilingual guide, walking tour of Barcelona attractions, helicopter flight (6 min), cruise transfer from Port Vell to the heliport (approx. 15 min).

(2) Exclusions: gratuities, meals, hotel transfers, Casa Milà, Casa Batlló, and other items not mentioned.

Notes

1. This tour does not provide Chinese-speaking services. Drivers/guides/staff members will only provide services in English or the local official language. We recommend bringing your own translator or app for easier communication.

2. This is not a private customized tour; you will be grouped with other travelers and follow a shared itinerary. During the journey, please stay with the group and follow the guide's instructions. Do not leave the group without permission. If any issues arise due to not traveling with the group for departure or return, our store will not be held responsible.

3. For most international tour groups, the overseas partners will not contact you before or on the day of departure (unless otherwise specified). Drivers/guides and vehicle license plates are randomly assigned on the day, so we cannot provide driver/guide contact numbers or license plate information in advance. Please arrive at the meeting point/pick-up point at least 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time as stated in the tour reminder notice. It's better to be early than late. In case of emergencies, we will assist in communication within our capacity, but the final resolution will be determined by the overseas service provider.

4. After successful payment on our platform, we need to reconfirm seat/ticket availability with overseas service providers. Since group seat inventory cannot be updated in real time with international partners, your successful payment does not guarantee successful registration/ticket confirmation. Please wait for our confirmation notice. If confirmed, we'll send you an electronic tour voucher/ticket, typically on the same day (excluding holidays). If seats are no longer available, your booking will be canceled with a full refund. Please consider alternative travel dates or select another tour option.

5. The product description is translated from the foreign language itinerary provided by overseas service providers. Occasionally, there may be translation discrepancies or changes in the itinerary sequence, so please follow the arrangements made by the driver/guide on the day.

6. The product does not include any insurance, and customers assume all risks during the period. Our store bears no responsibility. We recommend travelers purchase overseas travel accident insurance and other coverage before departure, including short-term travel accident injury insurance and emergency rescue insurance to protect their lives, health, property, or related interests during international travel.

7. If the trip cannot proceed or attractions cannot be visited due to force majeure factors such as weather, local strikes, protests, road closures, or official temporary closure notices from attractions, our store cannot provide a refund.

8. The tour may end later than expected. We strongly recommend that you do not schedule connecting flights, trains, buses, ferries, or other long-distance transportation, or any fixed-time activities that cannot be changed on the day of your trip to avoid unnecessary losses. Our store will not provide any compensation for such losses caused by delayed returns.

9. When booking, please provide accurate names (including correct pinyin) and passenger types (adult/child/infant) for all travelers. For bookings with 2 or more travelers, the e-voucher will be registered under one name, which won't affect verification for all participants. The group can share one e-voucher during the tour. Each voucher/ticket can only be used once unless otherwise noted in special circumstances.
