Thames River Cruise

Each admission ticket includes a one-way river cruise from the Tower of London to Westminster. The cruise offers live commentary in 8 languages. Explore London's riverside attractions including Tower Bridge, HMS Belfast, Shakespeare's Globe, and Tate Modern. The cruise departs approximately every 45 minutes.

• Point of departure: Board at the Tower of London for Westminster, or at Westminster for the Tower of London.
• Tower Pier: Just a few steps from the Tower of London Big Bus Tours stop (Stop 16) at Lower Thames St, London EC3N 4DT
• Westminster Pier: Located next to the Westminster Pier Big Bus Tours station (stop 18) on the northwest side of Westminster Bridge, Victoria Embankment, London SW1A 2JH
• Schedule: River cruise departure times vary, but are approximately every 15 minutes in summer and every 30–40 minutes in winter. For the schedule, please refer to the City Cruises website.
• Duration: The cruise between Westminster Pier and Tower Pier takes approx. 40 min.

Join our Hidden Gems of London walking tour and explore the ancient City of London. You will travel through over 2,000 years of history, learning about major events such as the Great Fire of London, the Blitz, and the Plague. Discover how the London skyline has changed in recent years. Departs at 4:00 PM from Stop 14 (St. Paul's Cathedral).

• Westminster Hidden Gems Walking Tour

Join our Westminster Hidden Gems Walking Tour to explore the political heart of London. Led by our expert live guide, you'll stroll through Westminster areas we can't show you from a bus. The tour starts at Whitehall, the center of government and politics, passing landmarks like Horse Guards, Big Ben, the Houses of Parliament, and Westminster Abbey. Then you'll head to Strand and Covent Garden to see iconic sites including the Royal Opera House. The tour departs at 1:00 PM from Stop 10 (Whitehall).

FAQ

Q: Does the tour stop at Buckingham Palace?

A: No. Public transport and sightseeing buses are not allowed to stop in front of Buckingham Palace.

However, we did stop not far from the front of the palace, just a 5-minute walk away. Here, you can get off to take photos, watch the Changing of the Guard, and maybe even spot a royal family member.

Q: Does the Big Bus tour include any attraction tickets?

A: Unless explicitly stated in the ticket description, attraction admission tickets are not included.

Q: How do I redeem train tickets?

A: Show your ticket (printed or on your device) to a staff member at one of our stations or on the bus. They will issue you a receipt that you can use to ride the bus within the ticket's expiration date.

Q: What is the child ticket policy?

A: Child tickets can be purchased for children aged 5–15. Children under 5 years old travel for free. All children must be accompanied by an adult.

Q: Can I change the date (and time) of my bus tour?

A: If you have a ticket with the "Free Date Change Guarantee", you can change the date (and time) of bus tour reservation free of charge. To change, please contact us before the date and time of your originally booked bus tour.

If you do not have a ticket with "Free Date Change Guarantee", we can still change the date of your bus trip, but please note that a fee will be required. Choose to change the date or upgrade to a different "Fully Flexible" ticket. Please contact us to change your bus trip date.
