Ordered the trip via trip.com and the driver arrived at a different hotel. No one called, no one answered our calls. Fortunately, the trip.com assisted with solving the issue pretty well and we went on this trip on a different day. The guide, Ken, was a lot of fun. The trip itself was interesting despite the long distances. We bought yogurt and cheese on the farm, tasted good. The lunch was good.

Pick-up and drop-off were punctual, and the itinerary was well-organized. Afternoon tea and dinner were delicious, especially the local specialties, which left a lasting impression. The most unforgettable experience was seeing the proboscis monkeys on the riverbank; they were lively, fun, and incredibly cute. The fireflies at night were breathtaking—the entire forest seemed to be lit up by stars, a dreamlike and magical experience! The guide was also very professional and friendly, providing engaging explanations and patiently answering our questions. Overall, it was a journey full of surprises, and I highly recommend it! It will definitely be an unforgettable memory. Kota Kinabalu Kawa-Kawa River Cruise: Everything on this tour went smoothly! The transfer was punctual, and the itinerary was well-organized. The hi-tea and dinner provided were delicious, especially the local flavors which left a deep impression. Unfortunately, it rained a few days ago and I couldn't go to Huantan Island and Mermaid Island. In fact, you can buy a ferry ticket to the island at Jesston Pier, and you don't need to follow the group. Today includes lunch, but it is necessary to gather head, take a taxi to gather.
