How to use

Booking information:

Guided commentary time slots are available from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM (join-in tour guide service, approx. 2–2.5 hours per session).

Meeting point: Parking lot 1 of the Terracotta Warriors attraction (Please go to the shuttle bus station 50m directly behind the Emperor Qin Shi Huang statue to collect your headset equipment and enter the attraction with the guided commentary staff.) The actual meeting point and headset collection location may vary depending on daily visitor flow and will be confirmed by staff on the day.

Special note: The Terracotta Warriors site requires real-name registration, and you must bring a valid second-generation ID card.

About the guided commentary: The in-museum guides only cover Pit 1, 2, and 3 of the Terracotta Warriors. Upon arrival at the attraction, do not enter immediately—first go to the meeting point to collect necessary equipment, then enter with your guide. If you enter on your own, it will be considered as forfeiting the guided commentary with no refund. We appreciate your understanding!

1. Please use the map to locate parking lot No. 1 at the meeting point (go to the shuttle bus station 50m directly behind the Emperor Qin Shi Huang statue at the online traveler distribution center to find staff in yellow vests for guided commentary arrangements. Receive audio equipment and enter the park together with the guide). The actual meeting point and headset distribution may vary depending on daily visitor flow - follow staff instructions on the day.

2. If you do not follow the guide (arriving late/early) to enter the attraction and fail to pair the earpiece, it will be considered as forfeiting the live guided tour with no refund for the tour fee. The guided tour duration is from 9:30 AM to 3:30 PM.

4. Travelers who do not carry their own second-generation ID card or have a ticket purchase record should not place an order. Any resulting losses will be borne by the traveler.

1. Regular group size is 20–25 people during off-peak season and 25–35 during peak season. Premium small group size is 10–15 people during off-peak season and 15–25 during peak season. 1. The Terracotta Warriors attraction offers a join-in tour guide service. The guide will only cover pits 1, 2, and 3 of the Terracotta Army. No commentary is provided for the Mausoleum of the First Qin Emperor - visitors must explore this area independently. Please be aware of this arrangement!

2. Please bring your original ID card for entry. You will not be able to enter without it. Each ID card can only be used to purchase one ticket on the day of visit. Avoid placing orders on multiple platforms to prevent unnecessary inconvenience.

3. Real-name ticketing is strictly enforced. All visitors (including those eligible for policy-based free admission, as well as visitors from Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, and foreign countries) must present valid personal ID for entry. The attraction implements real-name ticket purchases, allowing only one ticket purchase per ID across all booking channels (online and offline platforms) on the day of visit. Please avoid placing orders on multiple platforms to prevent unnecessary complications.

4. Please carefully check the mobile number provided in the contact information and ensure it is correct. Pay attention to the buided commentary SMS, which contains the address and time. Entering the venue on your own means forfeiting the buided commentary.

5. Emperor Qinshihuang's Mausoleum Site Museum consists of the Terracotta Army Museum and the Qin Shi Huang Mausoleum Archaeological Site Park (Lishan Garden). Each site takes approx. 1.5 hours to visit, and a free shuttle bus is available for round-trip travel. [Both sites stop admitting visitors at 5:00 PM and close at 6:00 PM. Please plan your visit accordingly.]

6. Free use of buided commentary earpiece equipment (deposit of 100). Deposit will be refunded upon returning the earpiece after the buided commentary ends.

Change & cancellation policies

If a cancellation request is submitted before 1:00 AM, 1 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted after 1:00 AM 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.

If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.

Partial refund is not available.

To change the date or time, please cancel your booking and book again.

Please enter the Terracotta Warriors attraction by scanning your ID card at the ticket gate between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM.
