How to use
After confirming your booking, we will send your voucher to the email address you provided. To learn how to use your voucher, please check the usage instructions included in the email. Please note that the voucher only applies to the traveler groups mentioned in the booking options. Any other traveler groups are not eligible for voucher use.
Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 12:00 AM, 2 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 12:00 AM 2 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
Cancellation is not allowed once the product is activated.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
To change the date or time, please cancel your booking and book again.

- Pick up from the security gate outside your accommodation in or near Alanya.
- Private roundtrip transfer is included in the price.
- There will be several swim breaks and opportunities for sunbathing during the trip.
- The timings for the transfer may vary depending on traffic conditions and your location.
- An adult or a Guardian must always accompany children during the activity.
- Accessible for strollers.
- There will be no refund for partly utilized services.
- The service provider holds no responsibility if any component of an attraction is non-operational due to technical reasons or weather conditions.
