9:00-9:30 We depart from the Hotel to Kabelvåg, a historic fishing village that was once the commercial center of the Lofoten Islands. Here, you can visit the Lofoten Museum to learn about local fishing and marine life, or visit the Lofoten Aquarium to see various marine animals such as seals, sea lions, cod, etc., and feel the wonders of the ocean. You can also visit the wooden church Vågan Church, which has 1,200 seats and spectacular stained glass windows and is one of the landmarks of the Lofoten Islands.9:30-10:00 We continue driving south, enjoying the magnificent views of the mountains and fjords along the way, and arrive at Rørvikstranda, a quiet and beautiful white sand beach suitable for walking, taking pictures or having a picnic. The water temperature here is lower and not very suitable for swimming, but you can enjoy the sun and sea breeze on the beach, or rest for a while in a seaside hut. There are also some strange-shaped rocks on the beach here, where you can use your imagination to find some interesting shapes.10:00-12:00 We leave Rørvikstranda and head west to Henningsvær, a charming town known as the "Venice of Lofoten" consisting of several small islands connected by bridges. It is a famous Climbing and Diving destination, as well as a center of art and culture with many galleries, studios and museums. You can visit the Kaviar Factory here, or visit the Henningsvær Lighthouse, and explore the Internet-famous football field and cod drying racks.12:00-13:30 We leave Henningsvær and head north to Hov Horse Farm, a farm on the island of Gimsøy, famous for its unique Icelandic horses. These horses are small and strong, with five different gaits, perfect for Riding on the various terrains of the Lofoten Islands. You can join a horse riding tour at Hov Horse Farm and experience the fun of riding on white sand beaches or alpine meadows, enjoy the beauty of the Lofoten Islands, or enjoy a cup of coffee or a dessert at Låven Restaurant, a restaurant located in a barn, and taste local specialties.13:30-15:00 We leave Hov Horse Farm and continue driving north to Eggum, a picturesque little village with a spectacular coastline and seabird colony. This is a great place to watch seabirds, where you can see some rare seabirds, as well as some seals and whales. You can visit the Eggum Turf House, a well-preserved thatched house that showcases the local traditional lifestyle, where you can take some memorable photos.15:00-16:00 We leave Eggum and head east to Hauklandstranda, which is rated as the most beautiful beach in Europe by Lonely Planet. It has soft white sand and turquoise waters, surrounded by snow-capped mountains. It is a good place for swimming, Surfing, boating or fishing, and is also an ideal place to take pictures of sunrise and sunset. You can enjoy the beauty of nature here, or take a break in the cafe on the beach or the Camping.16:00-17:30 We leave Hauklandstranda and head north back to Svolvær, ending this wonderful trip.
