For private tours, please contact our Operations Department to coordinate pickup at any hotel located within Panama City's urban area. ✅ Hotels Outside the Coverage Area – Panama City If your accommodation is located outside the central area (for example: Playa Bonita, Veracruz, Clayton, Gamboa, Costa del Este, Santa María, or Tocumen International Airport), we can arrange: A nearby meeting point, or A transfer with an additional surcharge, depending on the exact location. ✅ Shared Service – Pickup Time Variation For shared tours, pickup times may vary by up to 40 minutes before or after the estimated time, depending on the operational route and the number of passengers scheduled for the day. ✅ Drop-off Point – Shared Service Shared tours end in Casco Antiguo (Old Town) or at Albrook Mall Shopping Center, depending on the operational logistics of the day and the established route. The guide will inform you during the tour about the exact drop-off location. Shared service does not include return to the hotel.
