Very good tour! Got to see all of the main sites of Lebanon and it's all been worth it! Jihad Harake has been very helpful in giving us context and information of every site as well as helping us in giving tips as well!

Reviews: Anjar, Baalbek & Ksara Day Trip - With Lunch
Guest User2025-08-25
Noushka, our guide, was phenomenal and had an in-depth understanding of the place she belongs to and the history. She explained throughout the trip the various important facets and was also patient when she had to repeat a few things when asked to do so by the other guests. Chamoun, our driver, was fast and furious but not unsafe at all and drove us reliably and efficiently in his van. Amazing trip. We chose to skip the winery as the other guests were not feeling well due to the heat - it was terribly hot but that’s to be expected during this season, I suppose. There however was no mention of 4G on board but neither did we ask for it as we had our data packs sorted.
Reviews: Small Group Tours to Baalbek, Anjar & Chateau Ksara with lunch and Tickets

The whole trip exceeded my expectations.. I was collected in time, very friendly guide, and the very informative. Both main visits with a professional archeologist. On top the lunch was excellent. Although hesitant about Ksara, it turned out to be a nice end of the visit to the Beeka valley.
Reviews: Bursa & Uludag Mountain from Istanbul W/ Pickup&Lunch Optional Cable Car -Teleferik Ticket

A fairly standard trip. Having spent too much time in Istanbul and nowhere to go, I decided to try this tour. The driver picked me up from the hotel around 8 AM and didn't arrive back until 11 PM, a very long time – basically half the day was spent in the car. The first stop was a motocross ride near Yalova (optional, at your own expense). If you didn't ride, you'd just have to wait there; there was no scenery to speak of. The second stop was a candy shop – ridiculously expensive, we only stayed for an hour. The third stop was a visit to a large tree – another standard attraction, offering a panoramic view of Bursa. The fourth stop was lunch. The fifth stop was a mountaintop ride with a cable car (optional, not included in the tour price). If you didn't ride, you'd just have to wait there. The sixth stop was a cable car ride from the top of the mountain to the bottom (included in the tour price), the scenery was quite nice. The seventh stop was visiting two churches in Bursa, and then we returned to Istanbul, concluding the trip. Overall, there aren't any particularly special sights, especially since the entire day is essentially a bus tour if you don't participate in the optional excursions. The biggest highlight is the cable car ride down the mountain at the end. I wouldn't recommend making a special trip for it; it's only suitable for people like me who have been in Istanbul for too long and have nowhere else to go. Also, if you do choose to participate, be sure to bring your own food. The tour only provides lunch around 3 PM; from 8 AM to 11 PM, you'll have to fend for yourself, as prices at the tourist attractions are shockingly high. Personally, I still really enjoyed it because I'd never seen snow before, and the snow-covered scenery on the mountain was absolutely stunning.
