We had an absolutely wonderful experience on our Kuwasan Falls trip, and Praise the Lord for giving us amazing guides in Roel, Dilrab and Jankin. All three were incredibly friendly, professional and pleasant throughout the entire adventure.They made us feel safe, comfortable and well looked after from start to finish. A special thank you to Roel, whose photography and videography skills were truly exceptional. The photos and videos he captured were outstanding and perfectly preserved the excitement and beauty of the experience. These memories will stay with us for years to come, and we are so grateful for the effort he put into creating such wonderful keepsakes. Jankin and Dilrab were equally fantastic, helping us navigate the challenging terrain with patience, care and encouragement. Their support made the journey much easier and allowed us to fully enjoy the adventure with confidence. We fully recommend Roel, Jankin ,Dilrab highly enough for their enthusiasm & dedication. The swimming with Whaleshark is a gorgeous experience. The Kawasan Falls canyoneering experience was adventurous and fun. The scenery was extremely beautiful.

Most fun I’ve had in a long time! Nana and the rest of the staff made us feel very safe during the entire experience while still joking around and making it tons of fun. They encourage you to get out of your comfort zone but never force you to do anything, which was a relief since I decided not to do a couple of the more challenging jumps. Also, they took the most amazing videos and photos I could have asked for! (Be sure to trust them with your phone, they have the balance of mountain goats and will NOT drop it! 🤣) Even as someone who has never done Canyoneering I didn’t feel like it was too demanding and again, I felt very safe doing this activity with these guides. Cannot recommend them enough! Tip: ask for the 6am tour! You will be waiting for hours if you go later in the morning! Tip 2: be sure to pay extra for the zipline! You won’t regret it!

our driver Josef picked us up at our lobby at 3:30AM, we couldn’t have asked for a better driver, he was such a nice man and very accommodating and told us some history about cebu so we learnt some new things. we had Tia for our whale shark but it was too many people for us so we were overwhelmed and decided not to do it but yet she packed our lunches and accompanied and accommodated us to our liking and made us feel like we could do whatever we wanted at any moment. she ran us through the whole experience even if we didn’t end up doing the whale shark. for our canyoneering we had the best guides, Samuel, Joshua and their two friends. they made it very safe for us, took the best pictures and at every angle, they were very funny and definitely made our day, i would highly recommend the four of them for the canyoneering. also don’t forget to tip all of the people that work and guide us through these trips as it more than helps them. they work hard enough to deserve every bit of tips!!!

The tour was great, and our canyoning guides were the best. The shark viewing experience was also quite good, except for the huge crowds in the water. Now for the downsides: the line for the shark viewing was horrendous. I don't understand why the guides don't reserve a time slot, because I later found out you can reserve a specific time slot on Facebook to skip the line. Secondly, we were told the snorkeling masks were free, but the driver ended up selling them for 200 pesos, and we even rented them. We'd already seen free ones on the shark boat… that put a damper on our mood, but otherwise, everything was fine.

The experience was absolutely incredible and worth every step. The views throughout the entire canyoneering route are stunning, with lush nature and amazingly blue water everywhere you look. The path itself is quite long and physically challenging, but the professional guides are always nearby, helping and encouraging you to overcome every difficult section safely. The waterfalls are breathtaking, especially Kawasan Falls. The water color is unreal and makes every jump and swim even more exciting. The organization of the activity is excellent. Everything is well thought out, with a proper station that includes changing rooms, toilets, showers, and dinner tables, making the experience comfortable from start to finish. All necessary equipment is provided, so you don’t need to worry about anything. Highly recommended for anyone who loves adventure, nature, and unforgettable experiences.
