There was no guide at the meeting time. I called the contact number but got no response. Finally, they contacted me; the guide arrived shortly afterward but took us to a restaurant where we had to wait for the rest of the group to finish lunch. The tour started 25 minutes later... The guide was very good and professional. It's a shame the tour was a bit quick and we didn't see every part of the palace, but what we saw was very interesting. It would be ideal to allow a little more time.★

Our Japanese guide, Basak, guided us around Istanbul in a very comfortable environment! He showed us around popular tourist spots, avoiding the crowds, and also gave us detailed information about affordable souvenir shops and how to use public transportation, which was very helpful! I highly recommend him to anyone traveling to Istanbul from Japan!★

Despite it being very cold to walk around the deck, the views from inside were excellent, and I really enjoyed the trip. There was also a great bilingual guide (thank you, Camilla!), and they served hot tea with a variety of Turkish sweets. A very pleasant experience overall.★

A beautiful, well-preserved palace with excellent views of the Bosphorus. Easily accessible by public transport. It's highly recommended to buy tickets in advance to avoid queuing. Bring headphones to listen to the audio guide on your phone. The audio guide provided by the tour operator doesn't match the numbers on the palace signs.
