Day 1
Meet at meeting point: Meeting point for pick up Flamingo Villas Boutique Hotel, the parking opposite the hotel at the lagoon side. Have a look out for your guide and vehicle with the Wild Space Adventure Safaris branding.Attractions and Activities: Sandvishawe (Ticket included) A half day 4x4 adventure excursion departing from Walvis Bay at 08H30 or at 13H00 to the Sandwich Harbour Area after a short break at the Walvis Bay Lagoon to view some flamingos and salt works, you will proceed to the Kuiseb river delta, a dry riverbed where the odd springbok may be seen. Beautiful dunes will have to be crossed to get to Sandwich Harbour. If weather and tides allow, you will drive right to the Sandwich Harbour Lagoon, one of Southern Africa’s richest and unique wetlands. If our vehicles cannot drive all along the beach to get to Sandwich Harbour because of the tides, you will get a chance to see the lagoon area from one of our many beautiful lookout spots and will have the time to walk and explore the Sandwich Harbour Area. Lots of time are granted for photograph. A light picnic lunch with some cold beverages in the breathtaking scenery can be expected before returning through the dunes for some more adventure. 4 hr(s)
