[Friendly Reminder for Joining the Tour]
1. Morning pick-up and drop-off: The driver will call or WeChat you before 11 pm the night before departure to confirm the departure time and pick-up location.
2. Return trip: We will drop you off at your morning pick-up point or hotel. If the distance is beyond that, we will drop you off at the nearest available location.
3. During the summer holidays and other holidays, due to factors such as long queues and traffic jams caused by tourists, the departure time will be earlier than usual. The specific time will be subject to the driver's actual notification.
4. The driver can adjust the order of visits to the scenic area according to the actual situation.
[Special Notice for Yulong River]
1. Before boarding the bamboo raft, each tourist must wear a life jacket and not take it off during the journey. Please keep your electronic devices safe.
2. Scenic area regulations: Children under 1 meter tall and seniors over 70 years old are not allowed to ride the two-person bamboo rafts. Pregnant women and guests with mobility impairments are not allowed to ride the bamboo rafts. If any of these individuals are unable to ride, they can opt for a free hike along the Yulong River, and we will refund the price difference to you.
3. Rafting time: The rafting time is for reference only. The rafting is managed by the Yulong River Scenic Area. The actual rafting time depends on the rafting speed of the rafting operator on the day.
4. Regarding empty seats: The Yulong River double bamboo raft is a man-made bamboo raft that can carry 2 tourists. The raft departs with a minimum of 2 people. If there is a single person and there are no other tourists to share the raft, an empty raft fee will be charged. The empty raft fee for a single person is 100 yuan for the Shuiedi section and 160 yuan for the section from Jinlong Bridge to Jiuxian. The Yulong River 8-person bamboo raft is a man-made bamboo raft that can carry 8 tourists. The raft departs with a minimum of 5 people. If there are less than 5 people, you will need to wait to share the raft or pay the fee for 5 people before the raft departs.
5. Double raft rafting sections: Shui'e Di to Gongnong Bridge / Xia Tang to Jima / Qing'e Ferry to Yangshuo Bay / Lansheng Bridge to Camel Crossing the River / Yulong Bridge to Xiniutan / Xinglong to Dashizhai Dam / Longtan Wharf to Fenglou Dam / Fuli Bridge to Niujinwei (choose 1 from 8 wharves). The rafting section will be selected based on the number of visitors to the scenic area on the day.
6- or 8-person rafting sections: leisure rafting from Wanjing Wharf, leisure rafting from Longtan Wharf, or leisure rafting from Yangshuo Bay Wharf (choose one of the three). The rafting section will be selected based on the number of visitors to the scenic area on the day.
7. There are strict safety weight limits for two-person bamboo rafts: a single person's weight ≤ 100kg, and the combined weight of two people ≤ 160kg. If either exceeds the limit, the two people must ride separately, and the resulting price difference will be borne by the guests themselves.
8. Group tour guests who are still eager to enjoy the trip can choose to upgrade to a double bamboo raft ride from Jinlong Bridge to Jiuxian section for an additional fee of 60 yuan per person, which lasts about 90 minutes. If you wish to upgrade, please inform customer service when confirming the itinerary. The upgrade fee can be paid on the day of the trip.
9. During holidays (especially Spring Festival, May Day, and National Day Golden Week), if the queue for the Yulong River bamboo raft is too long or tickets are temporarily suspended, you can choose other attractions of equal value or get a refund for the price difference and switch to walking tours.
