Before you book:
1. This product is provided by an overseas partner and booked through our store. Due to real-time updates of product information and market price fluctuations, details may differ from what was displayed at the time of booking. By completing payment, you acknowledge and agree to the itinerary arrangements, cost breakdown, cancellation/change policies, and other terms.
2. Once the booking is confirmed, no cancellations or changes are allowed within 48 hours before departure. For requests submitted within the permitted cancellation period, a processing fee of $100 per person will apply.
3. Please arrive at the meeting point/pick-up point at least 15 minutes in advance. It's better to be early than late. If the guide/driver hasn't arrived yet, please wait patiently. Late arrivals cannot be guaranteed seating or eligible for changes/refunds. Thank you for your understanding.
4. The itinerary description is for reference only, including departure time, duration, attractions, and images. Specific details may be adjusted by the driver/guide based on actual conditions for the safety of all travelers. Please show understanding and cooperation. Claims based on discrepancies between the actual experience and product descriptions/images will not be accepted.
6. If needed, please take motion sickness medication in advance.
7. Camera (tripods and binoculars are not recommended).
Children under 12 must wear a life jacket at all times on board and remain under adult supervision.
9. Life jackets are also suitable for infants. Children under 2 may feel uncomfortable, so it's highly recommended to use motion sickness syrup for infants.
10. Wear weather-appropriate clothing, a windbreaker, and comfortable shoes (flat shoes are recommended).
11. Not allowed to bring: strollers, drones, non-folding wheelchairs, electric wheelchairs.

Exclusions: Short videos during the tour (available for purchase), harbor entrance fee (payable upon entry), and any items not mentioned.

Join the whale-watching cruise from Hermanus for a close encounter with the "gentle giants of the ocean." Hermanus is a renowned whale-watching destination, and a guided boat tour offers one of the best opportunities to observe marine mammals. Sail to areas where southern right whales and humpback whales appear seasonally, as well as regions where Bryde's whales and dolphins can be spotted year-round. The cruise takes place on a specially designed catamaran. During the trip, the crew is ready to ensure everyone has a fantastic experience, from helping capture the perfect photos to providing complimentary refreshments. Your guide, a whale expert, will explain the marine life encountered along the way and share insights into whale behavior during the activity. A professional photographer will be on hand to capture the best moments.

Reminder: Please arrive at the meeting point at least 30 minutes in advance for check-in. The tour will depart as scheduled, so please do not be late. If you miss the tour due to late arrival, we will not be able to hold your spot or process any changes/refunds. We appreciate your understanding.
