Fantastic short tour - pick up bang on time, tour leader Barry very informative, clear and funny, his English was perfect. Although he warned us that there is no guarantee that we will see lots of pandas we were lucky and saw lots of very active pandas, including ones that were still very young and were playing with their mums.The tour only visits about half of the site but with limited time in Chengdu this was more than enough. We probably had about 2 hours on site in total but Barry knew shortcuts to help us get around quickly. Highly recommended!

We had the most wonderful day on this private tour! Our guide Bella and the driver were punctual, and the car was clean and comfortable—a perfect start. The Panda Base is vast and could be overwhelming alone, but Bella knew it perfectly. She guided us efficiently to see countless pandas, including adorable newborns during this season! Her knowledge made the visit truly engaging. The food experience that followed was exceptional. Bella took us to authentic local spots we'd never find ourselves. We sampled a incredible variety of Chengdu's specialties, from classic dishes to street snacks. Every bite was a delight. Highly recommended for a genuine and enjoyable Chengdu experience!

Our guide, Jojo was fantastic. She knew which spots to go to avoid the crowds, patiently explaining the research centre and panda's characterics. We could tell that she enjoyed the pandas too and it wasn't just another job - which made the tour fun and interesting. Highly recommend getting a tour guide aa the research centre is huge and you may not know how best to make use of your time. Having said that, do get Jojo and you will not be disappointed!

The tour was a fantastic experience and a trip to remember. Perry arrived on time at the hotel and we went to the Panda base directly via taxi. The scenery inside is beautiful and the walk around is great. I arrived early and the pandas were active and eating. Perry shared a lot of knowledge about the pandas throughout the trip and gave expert recommendations. I would highly recommend this affordable service to anyone who wants to see the beauty of the pandas 🐼
