The Statue of Liberty & Ellis Island Ferry operates from 9:00am to 3:00pm with regular departures from Battery Park. You will need to redeem your ticket voucher with a Big Bus Tours staff member before heading to the ferry terminal. During peak times or holidays it is suggested that you make a reservation for the Ferry – a link to the reservation portal is provided on your voucher.
Strollers and wheelchairs must be folded and stowed on the lower deck
Buses are wheelchair accessible on the lower deck
Buses are not equipped with toilets or lifts/elevators
Children under 3 ride for free and don't require a ticket

Your ticket includes a ferry journey to both Liberty Island and Ellis Island, but not interior monument or museum access. On arrival you will need to pass through a security checkpoint before boarding the ferry, but do not join this line without first retrieving your ferry ticket. Please allow 30 minutes prior to boarding for this security check

If a cancellation request is submitted before 11:58 PM, 2 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 11:58 PM 2 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
