How to use
All times are given in local time
You'll receive your Trip.com booking confirmation upon successful booking
You'll be contacted by the tour organizer to confirm your pick-up details by 18:00, the day before departure
Please present your booking confirmation or e-voucher to the tour guide before departure
Please arrive at the designated pick-up point at least 5 minutes before departure/ pick-up time informed by the tour operator
Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 12:00 PM, 2 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted before 11:00 AM 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 50% will be charged.
A fee of 100% will be charged for cancellations requested before 11:59 PM on the day of date of use.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.

1. Please provide personal information including Full name, Gender, Nationality, pick up address and contact details that we can contact in advance.
2. The order of the itinerary can be changed depending on our guide's arrangement, weather condition,…
3. Special request (diet or vegetarian …) should be informed at least 2 days before your departure date.

5. CHILDREN POLICY:
+ Infant below 5-year-old: free of charge, other expense pay by parents (No meal provided)
+ Children from from 5 – 8 years old/1m to under 1,2m: 80% of charge ( ½ meal of adult)
+ Children from from/ 09 years old 1,2m above: 100% of charge
+ Two adults bring 2 children, the 2nd child will be charged 100% as adult price
