- Approximately 5 out of every 1,000 people may experience side effects such as rashes, redness, itching, or peeling after waxing. These are normal adverse reactions that typically subside naturally within 3-6 days.

- Guests may incur additional fees of 10-20% for extra materials used due to excessive hair volume after completing the treatment.

- Guests should be aware that they must avoid excessive exposure to sunlight or UV products for 48 hrs prior to receiving the treatment.

- After receiving hair removal treatment, guests should use sunscreen appropriately and avoid taking medications containing glycolic acid, vitamin A acid, tetracycline, psychiatric drugs, hormone control medications, and antibiotics for 72 hours post-treatment.

- If guests need to cancel or reschedule their appointment, they must notify the store at least 6 hours in advance. Otherwise, regardless of no-shows or insufficient notice, the store reserves the right to charge the full service fee for the session.

- Avoid direct sunlight, soaking baths, and exfoliating products for 24 hours after a hot wax treatment. Do not use intimate cleansers for 24 hours after a bikini area hot wax.

- Treatments are non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash, and non-refundable
