How to use
a. You must download the SmartVisit app. Download the free SmartVisit app from the Apple Store or Android Play Store to your mobile device.
b. After registration, activate your digital pass using the 28-digit pass number provided at the time of purchase.
c. Using the app, you can view detailed information for all participating attractions, including location, map, opening hours, and useful tips. Instructions on how to redeem passes for each attraction are provided in the in-app pass guide.
Change & cancellation policies
Please note that the booking cannot be canceled once it is confirmed.
The selected date and time cannot be modified after booking.
Important note
Your Hollywood Plus Pass is valid until April 30, 2025. Choose 3 or 5 attractions to visit, and all visits must be completed within 7 days.
Each participating attraction can be visited once at most.
Unless otherwise specified, all participating attractions offer standard admission.
Some attractions have specific restricted dates, which can be viewed in the app.
Parking fees are not included for any attractions.
E-ticket admission tickets are only available for self-guided tour guests. Group tour participants cannot purchase our products.
Children cannot book alone.
