The tour was wonderful. The guide was very positive and friendly, fluent in several languages. Quick and efficient. Great job. The only thing I had trouble finding was the meeting point. The KFC cafe is to the right of the train station, behind an arched walkway. There were no signs. At the last minute, a guide from another group helped me out by pointing me in the right direction. Otherwise, everything was great. I bought a wonderful Murano glass plate as a gift.★

Great tour. The glass blowing demo was neat. Need another half hour to 45 min in Murano. By the time you go through the glass store after the demo there is no time to walk to the other shops. Burano was great. Need a half hour more there to look around after lunch. Otherwise great tour.
