My friend and I decided to make a reservation because we wanted to make something ourselves, not just buy it! The instructions are given in Chinese and English. Even if you don't understand, the staff will come around to your table to check on you, so it's fine. We also received a coupon for 250 NTD to use at the gift shop. While the pineapple cakes were baking, we were given a tour of a small museum, which was just the right size—not too long, not boring, and enjoyable. The plan included tea and snacks, and it was only about 2500 yen, which was a great deal. The experience was just the right amount of effort and difficulty, so you can enjoy it without making any mistakes. I made a great souvenir for my family! I highly recommend it.★

There's a scheduled shuttle service. The hot spring environment was better than I expected—clean and quiet. There weren't many pools, but since it was a weekday, it wasn't crowded. The changing rooms and shower facilities were very clean. I'd go again. As for the food, it was delicious. It was Japanese style, with sashimi, salad, pork hot pot—everything was very tasty.★

Massager #3's pressure was just right for me, and he was very attentive throughout the 100-minute massage. He was very thorough and helpful. It was great. They helped us get a table with a shorter wait time. We will go there again and always buy it on trip.com to avoid waiting in a long line for a table.
