If a cancellation request is submitted before 12:00 AM, 1 day(s) prior to the expiration date, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 12:00 AM 1 day(s) before the expiration date, a fee of 100% will be charged.
Cancellation is not allowed once the product is activated.

8. eSIM cannot share hotspot

Due to issues with different mobile terminal versions, if the eSIM can be used normally but cannot share the hotspot, please follow the instructions below to try to see if it can be restored:

1) Is the phone under contract or locked?

2) Is VPN turned off?

3) Is data roaming enabled?

4) Whether to set the eSIM as the primary number

5) Is the phone updated to the latest iOS version (iOS13.6)?
