Entry time: Shaanxi History Museum has updated its entry rules. Visitors must strictly adhere to their designated time slots—early or late arrivals will not be permitted. Morning tickets are randomly assigned to either the 8:30 or 10:30 time slot, with guided tours starting around 10:00. Afternoon tickets are randomly assigned to either the 12:30 or 14:30 time slot, with guided tours starting around 14:00. Please inform guests to plan their schedules accordingly.
1. Shaanxi History Museum is a public welfare museum [free admission]. Except for the single guide package, all other packages include assistance in booking basic museum admission tickets by default, with the possibility of unsuccessful booking. The ticket issuance result is subject to notification by customer support.
2. Though artifacts are silent, they also speak. We hope that through our guide, every visitor to the museum can draw strength from history.
3. After you place a booking, the platform will send a text message confirming your reservation. However, please do not be misled—this only indicates that your booking with our store was successful. It does not mean your admission ticket has been successfully reserved. The final confirmation of your admission ticket will be notified by our store via phone call or text message. If the ticket is not issued, a full refund will be provided.
4. Currently, we have a leading success rate in admission ticket reservations, so you can place your order with confidence. We have served over 8,000 customers in total.
5. For guests who have successfully booked admission tickets, the guide will contact you before 22:00 the night before your visit (if you haven't received a message by 22:00, please contact customer support immediately). Our 24/7 online customer support provides warm service, and you can call for inquiries anytime between 6:00-23:00.
6. There are two guided tours daily. The morning session gathers around 9:30 AM with the tour starting around 10:00 AM, while the afternoon session gathers around 1:30 PM with the tour beginning around 2:00 PM. Medium-sized groups consist of approximately 25 people, while join-in tours have about 16 participants. Our expert guides provide professional 3-hour tours, offering you a genuine understanding of Chinese history and culture. Special note: From October 19, 2025, to February 15, 2026, the Shaanxi History Museum will undergo upgrades and renovations, with some exhibition halls closed and only select highlights on display. As a result, our guided tour duration will be approximately 2 hours during this period. The original tour duration will resume after the museum's upgrades are completed.
7. Please note that admission tickets are special products requiring real-name registration. Once tickets are issued, they are non-refundable and non-changeable.
Special note: The museum gets extremely crowded during holidays, so please be mentally prepared. We kindly ask that you refrain from giving us negative reviews solely due to the large crowds inside.
9. Foreign visitors with a valid passport can directly scan their passport for entry. If the passport cannot be scanned, they will need to exchange for a paper ticket at Window ④ East in the Visitor Center. Please be advised.
10. Please check if you have missed any appointments within the last 180 days (a missed appointment refers to successfully booking but not attending). If you have missed an appointment, you will not be able to make a new reservation. Please be advised.
