The tour guide provided detailed explanations and helpful information, and gave us many ideas for the next day's itinerary. The driver was friendly and drove safely, and he always greeted us with a warm smile. Despite the last-minute arrangements the day before, everything was well-organized. He even took care of my mother, who had knee surgery and had difficulty walking for a long time. This was my first guided tour, and it was a wonderful experience and worthwhile.

The tour to Da Nang was fantastic; everything was organized to the highest standard. Tripco executed the program exactly as planned. The lunch was simply magnificent—a wide selection of dishes, all delicious and high-quality, like a Swiss table—there was something for everyone. It was a special treat 👍 The company's service was first-class. The driver was a great guy 👏🏻; he drove carefully, was polite, and punctual. The tour operator was always available and promptly responded to all questions via WhatsApp, which is very important during a trip. We were very pleased and had a wonderful experience. This was a well organized trip that went exactly according to plan. The guide was friendly and knowledgeable and communication was smooth and easy. Occcasionally, things moved a little faster than necessary but overall the pacing was quite adequate. I would have appreciated a little more guidance with the way the Fourr Seasons restaurant worked because the moment we set foot inside the guide and the group disappeared. A table reserved for the group would have been nice, as well as more info on what each floor offered, etc. In any case, these were minor issues and did not detract from the overall positive experience.
