I recently went on a luxury longtail boat trip with Railay Eco Tours, and I couldn't be happier with the experience! As someone with bad knees, I was initially concerned about getting on and off the boat, but Faruk and Non were absolutely amazing. They were incredibly patient and caring, making sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire journey. We ended up booking two trips with them, and everything was fantastic—from the delicious food to the overall experience. What a wonderful trip! We were lucky enough to see the glass-bottomed sea at almost every stop. The captain and guide adjusted the order of our visits to each spot based on crowds. For snorkeling, we even got to ride a glass-bottomed boat, where the boat driver took us to less crowded, clearer areas to see the fish. I highly recommend the water slides; I went five times. Wearing a life jacket kept me safe. The crew was always on hand to monitor the situation and ask if anyone needed help. We encountered some minor issues on our morning departure, and the owner patiently helped resolve them. The Twin Mirror boat we took was new and fast. Most of the people on board were foreigners, but we had a Chinese-speaking guide, so there were no worries. Overall, it was a truly five-star experience.

The trip was more than worth the money. I felt very safe throughout the entire trip. A great crew provided good explanations and took good care of the entire trip. The lunch was also excellent. The trip is adapted to the weather conditions, which is a great thing. Excellent!

The trip went great. There was a slight misunderstanding with the transfer. The bus arrived on time, but the booking number and name of the driver and me didn't match. Upon arrival at the harbor, a Russian-speaking guide met us and held our hand throughout the entire trip. The route was well-planned, so you didn't have time to get tired along the way. I'm very pleased.


