There are a lot of good tour operators in Shanghai but Jenny’s Tours are at another level. I wish I could give 10 stars because Jenny raises the bar so much! My guide, Peggy, spoke impeccable English, took the time to ask me what I was interested in and then guide me across Shanghai, making me feel like I was a resident here! Peggy is a very experienced guide, so she knows everything and can answer all of your questions. She made me discover Shanghai from an insider’s point of view and she not just showed me the touristic places (which is what I asked for). It was such a delight! I loved every moment, and her meal and coffee / tea ceremony break suggestions were spot on! Absolutely amazing. I strongly recommend Jenny’s tours, especially since Jenny is very responsive, immediately contacts you after booking (which is not the case with the other tour operators I tried) and ensures that you’ll be satisfied and comfortable. Absolutely top notch!★

We had a wonderful experience with Tom as our tour guide. He was punctual, friendly, and incredibly caring throughout our trip. We were traveling with my elderly mother, and Tom showed such patience and attentiveness, always making sure she was comfortable and enjoying herself.
He took us to interesting places, yummy lunch, shared great insights, and never rushed us — we were able to truly relax and take everything in at our own pace.
