The hotel pick-up and drop-off were excellent, and the underwater guide was also very good and responsible. The only downside was the photographer; it was a complete waste of money. The photos were terrible—fish obscuring their faces, their expressions were grotesque, their mouths were crooked, and you couldn't even see their faces. In short, not a single photo was usable, nothing like the beautiful photos you see online.

It was my first time in Phu Quoc Island, and I was pleasantly surprised by the island-hopping day trip I blindly booked on Ctrip! The itinerary was well-organized, and each island offered different activities, some perfect for snorkeling, others for strolling and enjoying the scenery. The tour guide was very enthusiastic and helped us take lots of beautiful photos. The snorkeling instructor was also very patient and taught us how to breathe. It was a great value, highly recommended!

We had a very pleasant day, despite the storm that shortened the trip slightly (it is the rainy season after all!). The crew was friendly, and we ate well at lunch. We were able to really enjoy our snorkeling session and see lots of coral and small fish!

We went with two children, ages 6 and 3. We all really enjoyed the tour, stopping twice to watch fish for 45 minutes each. The boat was comfortable, and you slowly float along, admiring the sea. We spent an hour and a half on the island; the water was clear, and there were lots of crabs and fish. The lunch was also good: mild soup, salads, tofu, watermelon, chicken, and shrimp. Drinks are at your own expense, or bring your own! I highly recommend it 👍

Great itinerary, because there is a baby with a year and a half, there is an appointment to contact the operator to confirm the itinerary, the operator will pick up and drop off at the hotel to take a speedboat, the overall itinerary is very smooth 👍 In addition, the operator will confirm whether you need to take pictures, which is an extra charge. You can choose whether to add it or not (photography ➕ video for 1 minute about40-60 VND)
