How to use
The voucher must be used on the selected date and within operating hours; Invalid after expiration.
Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 6:00 PM, 3 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 6:00 PM 3 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.

• Airport Pick-up: Meet your driver at the arrivals hall's pickup zone near the information desk.
• Airport Drop-Off: Meet your driver in the lobby of your hotel/resort/residence.
[Know Before Booking]
• Your driver's information will be sent to you via message or WhatsApp latest by 1 day before your arrival or departure.
• This transfer service is one-way only. For a round-trip transfer, please make separate bookings for each trip.
[Car Capacity]
• A 4-seater car accommodates up to 4 passengers with 2 pieces of carry-on luggage and 2 pieces of 24" luggage
• An 8-seater car accommodates up to 6 passengers with 2 pieces of carry-on luggage and 6 pieces of 24" luggage
• A 13-seater car accommodates up to 10 passengers with 2 pieces of carry-on luggage and 8 pieces of 24" luggage
[Surcharge]
1️⃣ [Airport Pick-up]
- Your driver will wait up to 2 hours. A surcharge of Rp100,000 per hour applies for additional waiting time. This fee is to be paid directly to the driver.
2️⃣ [Airport Drop-off]
- Your driver will wait up to 15 minutes. A surcharge of Rp100,000 for every additional 30 minutes applies. This fee is to be paid directly to the driver.
