Meet at meeting point: Please meet your guide in front of St. Paul's Chapel at 209 Broadway (between Fulton & Vesey Streets). The guide will be there 15 minutes before the tour begins and they will be wearing an orange hat and/or a blue shirt or jacket.

Take a 1.5-hour walking tour of Ground Zero and the National September 11 Memorial, and gain insight into the September 11 attacks on the World Trade Center. A local guide shares firsthand stories of the event and its aftermath while you visit 9/11-related sites such as St Paul's Chapel, the Fireman's Memorial and the reflecting pools, an homage to the thousands of lives lost. Mobile or paper ticket accepted

• If you bought the ticket option, your physical tickets will be given to you at check in at the start of the tour.

• We do NOT meet at the 9/11 Memorial. Tour meets OUTSIDE the entrance to Saint Paul's Chapel

• Your guide will be there 15 minutes before your tour holding a sign

• NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED IF YOU MISS YOUR TOUR

• For those guests with Museum entrance, you will go through a airport style security check, so please be advised that some items are not allowed
