How to use
Mobile or paper ticket accepted
• Please provide your hotel details for us to update the tour guide to meet you at your hotel depending location of your hotel otherwise we will meet Pudding Shop LaLe Restaurant.
• Ladies and gentlemen are required to dress appropriately by covering their shoulders and ensure coverage past their knees. Ladies will need to cover their heads. Scarfs are available at the mosque, but feel free to bring your own scarf to use
• Please note Tuesdays Topkapi Palace is closed and if you book a full day tour, you can cover Dolmabahce Palace or Bosphorus boat tour or Suleymaniye Mosque with Spice Bazaar
• Tour guides skip the lines at the ticket gates of museums, but none has priority to skip the security lines.
•Entry fee of Basilica Cistern is 1300 TL and Hagia Sophia is 25 Euros and if you book full day entry fee of Palace is 2000 TL per person.

Any traveler groups not mentioned in the booking options are not applicable for voucher use.

Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 12:00 AM, 1 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 12:00 AM 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.

Blue Mosque is a mosque now and none has right the skip the lines of security.
Grand Bazaar is closed on Sundays and our guide can show another bazaar instead.
Topkapi Palace is closed on Tuesdays and Half day tour is available on Tuesdays or will be replaced with Bosphorus Tour for full day tours
On Religious Fests; Grand Bazaar and Spice Bazaar are closed.
Fridays are mosques are closed till 2 pm, We recommend starting half day private tours later after 11 am
Entry fee of the Basilica Cistern is 1300 TL per person, 25 Euros for Hagia Sophia and if you book a private tour with Topkapi Palace entry fee is 2000 TL per person
