Reviews: Budapest: The WWII Siege of Buda Castle & Bomb Shelter Tour

Very interesting tour with informative guide. Struggled to find the meeting point as did others on the tour. My advice would be to look for Jamie Oliver’s. Walk across the road past the horse statue and keep going until you see the pharmacy sign on the right hand side (just before you reach Buda Castle) to the right of the pharmacy is a mustard coloured building with Posta written on it. To the right of that building there is an archway with a door on. That is the meeting place.

Terrific tour - despite the fog. Monica was an extremely knowledgeable and engaging guide. Was very happy that we’d added tickets to St Matthias church. What a gorgeous interior.

This was a great introduction to the history of Budapest along with detailed explanations of what’s in the church and surrounding area. Monika was very nice and very thorough. I learned a lot and really enjoyed the experience!

Of everything I've done in Budapest, this was the best experience. The boat's interior is amazing, the service is exemplary, and the prosecco... well, you can imagine! You won't have an empty glass the entire trip.

I really enjoyed the activity. However, the address listed for the activity was incorrect, which caused me a lot of stress, and it was only after I contacted the activity provider that they sent me the correct meeting point address.
