No regrets with this tour. Nhien was great. We never felt rushed. She asked our preference in whether to go to one of the tombs or a garden house. She was honest about two of the tombs being very similar and gave us the option. She also took us to a silk shop at the end after we asked where she recommended.

We had a wonderful day with Hòa our guide. He picked us up at our accomodation and was very punctual. We felt comfortable and relaxed in his car as he took us around to the sights giving us some interesting intel ahead of arriving at each place. He also gave us a fantastic recommendation for a lunch spot where we enjoyed traditional Huế dishes. Hòa is knowledgeable and very courteous and I would love to recommend him to any of my friends that will be visiting Huế in the future. Thanks again for a seamless experience, Hòa.

Very well organised tour. The driver picked us up on time from our hotel as planned before taking us (with the tour guide, Chi, who was amazing) to the first stop to purchase our entry tickets for the day. Each stop was enjoyable and educational. Chi was fantastic, really knows her stuff and makes it fun too. Most of the time it felt like we were chatting away with a friend. Had lunch included at a nice local restaurant (big portion!) - just a point of note, this place doesn’t take card payments and drinks aren’t included so make sure you have some cash to get a drink. Highly recommend this tour as a great and efficient way to see the main sights of Hue on a day. Another about out to Chi who really made it for us (also the driver whose name escapes me - he was lovely)!

Hotel pick-up was on time, the bus wasn't full, and the guide was pleasant. My only complaint is that the last stop wasn't long enough for my liking, as it was included in the allotted time for the entrance ticket queue and the large number of visitors. The complimentary peanut butter sandwich at lunchtime was much appreciated. I recommend this tour.

We have had the privilege of booking with Tam and BNT travel on two different years. We cannot say enough about how professional and caring they are. We never ever had a worry, if there was anything that we weren’t sure about we would message Tam and get an instant response. Tam booked for us many private tours where the vehicles were always top notch and the guides exceptional. It was always easy to adjust any tour to meet our personal preferences. We toured from one end of Vietnam to the other and were never disappointed. When we needed help with travel in Thailand Tam also was able to arrange tours and customize them to our likes. At one point we had missed a flight and weren’t sure what to do, Tam to the rescue, within minutes she had us on another flight and ground transportation arranged. One of the biggest things we feel about booking with BNT is you have a friend there to help you and guide you. Never did we worry about anything as Tam always made it right. Also there is no language barrier with Tam as she is very fluent in English as were all of her tour guides. We honestly cannot say enough about BNT travel or Tam and all of their wonderful staff, if you book with them you have no worries! Enjoy beautiful Vietnam with the help of the best. BNT Travel. ❤️
