Note: The guide will notify guests of the specific meeting time and location via WeChat, phone call, or SMS one day in advance. The meeting point is usually the West Gate, but please refer to the actual notification for confirmation.

The museum's operating hours are 8:30 AM–6:00 PM (last entry at 5:00 PM)

3. The guide will confirm the meeting time and location with you by phone or SMS before 23:00 on the day prior to departure. Please ensure your mobile number is reachable (this may be delayed until 23:00 during holidays). For same-day bookings, our staff will send you a meeting SMS before 12:00 noon - please check your messages! If you haven't been contacted by the specified time, please call the emergency contact number provided in the confirmation message or contact customer support. For same-day bookings, the guide and staff will contact you by SMS before 12:00 on your travel day.

 

On the day of travel, please arrive at the meeting point before the scheduled time (recommended 15 minutes early) with the reserved traveler's name + valid ID (ID card/Hong Kong and Macau pass/ passport, etc.).
