How to use
Meet at the flagpole in front of the main entrance of the Anthropology Museum at 8.50 am.
Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 12:00 AM, 1 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 12:00 AM 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
Important note
Not allowed:
- Entering with food, drinks, or backpacks
Know in advance:
- For security reasons, on rainy days Chapultepec Castle may close without previous notice. If this happens, a partial refund will be provided
- Only one handbag is allowed per person
