Passengers are picked up from most major Las Vegas hotels. You will insert your information at checkout.
Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 12:00 AM, 3 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 12:00 AM 3 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
To change the date or time, please cancel your booking and book again.

- Airplane narrations are available in Spanish, German, Portuguese, Italian, French, Dutch, Chinese, Cantonese, Mandarin, Korean, Japanese, Greek, Indonesian, Swedish, Thai, Russian, and English
- Cameras and phones are allowed and encouraged, but please be aware that the use of selfie sticks and extending camera poles are strictly prohibited in and around the aircraft
- Multiple cafes and food options are available for purchase at the West Rim and can be enjoyed at any time during your Grand Canyon visit
- Bring your ID - all passengers booked on tour must have government-issued forms of identification
- You may bring a bottle of water, however, the bottle is not allowed to be opened in the aircraft
