Meet your bus at the bus station in Geneva. The bus has the name of the tour and the driver wears a Keytours jacket to be recognized.
Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 12:00 AM, 2 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 12:00 AM 2 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.

- Important information: You must bring a current valid passport, as you will cross the Franco-Swiss border. Visa whenever applicable
- It is not allowed to take a child under 3 years old in the cable car
- It can happen that the cable car may not work due to weather or technical issues
