I really enjoyed this trip. Given the language barrier, this arrangement was incredibly thoughtful. Although we didn't spend much time at each attraction, Andy, our guide and driver, provided patient and detailed explanations, making for a wonderful experience. This morning I was even asking him which coffee shop in New York was the most unique. Even though the trip is over, his friendly and cooperative attitude remains strong. With Ctrip, I'm always at ease wherever I go.

Rob was an exceptionally knowledgeable tour guide covered anything and everything about the site the location history and story’s first hand of the day would highly recommend for anyone that isn’t from New York or even the country as we attended from the UK and was a great tour made better by Rob

The trainer is very nice and friendly, making its easier to learn. The whole process is smooth, however, DO NOT bring the souvenir with you if you're going to the airport, the security will ask you to throw away and u'll have to line up again and do the security check all over again like i did.


