Please meet on Mason St. side of the hotel 15 minutes before scheduled pick-up time.
Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 12:00 AM, 3 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 12:00 AM 3 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
To change the date or time, please cancel your booking and book again.
Important note
- If you'd like to spend more time in Sausalito at the end of the tour, you have the option of taking the ferry across the San Francisco Bay at your leisure (optional tour with ferry)
- Ferry tickets can also be purchased on site (ask your guide for assistance on where to purchase and board)
- Bring layers, Muir Woods is located in a canyon by the sea and can be quite cool
