Myself and my partner used Me shuttle in December 2025. We booked the day trip to auschwitz and the saltmine tour. We booked vies booking.com and paid £163 al in for both of us. This included being picked up from our apartment a packed lunch and drop off in the evening. Our guide was fantastic making sure everything was seamless at both sites. I could not fault this company at all they were amazing from start to finish we had a fantastic. I definitely would recommend them to anyone and would use the service again if back in krakow.★

Very enjoyable tour. Picked up from hotel by our driver Jakub. He was on time and a careful and considerate driver. He stayed with us until we got through the ticket entry area. Tour guide was excellent throughout. Very knowledgeable. My only small gripe was the measly 5 min toilet/drink break - there was no time for the toilet or a hot drink or to get a souvenir. This should be extended to 10 mins.★

Excellent trip that was a pleasure to attend! Picked up from our Hotel on time by Margaret who was very knowledgeable about the tour we were on to the salt mines. We were a group of 10 friends who all had a great trip. We would recommend this tour to anyone. The Salt mines are a must see if your in the area you will be blown away at the scale of the Mines.
Margaret was breath of fresh air,
She also recommended several Polish restaurants for us to try( we all wanted to try a traditional Polish meal) before our trip back to the UK

We had a very nice experience with Krakow Direct at an excursion to the Saltmine 18.10.23 in the afternoon. Unfortunately I can’t remember the drivers name but it was something with “Jero”. He was a brilliant driver. So helpful, so nice a driver, a very good organizer and he just made the whole bus laugh and smile. Wish everybody to meet him at an excursion sooner or later.

Overall great experience, the trip to the mine with our guide, Daniel went smoothly. It would’ve been better if the guide at the mine wouldn’t rush this much but the experience was still good.
