Aquaduck, Corner of Cavill Ave &, Ferny Ave, Surfers Paradise QLD 4217. Check-in time is 20 minutes prior to your scheduled departure time.
Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 12:00 AM, 1 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 12:00 AM 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
Important note
- Check-in time is 20 minutes prior to your scheduled departure time
- Complimentary onboard audio guide available in Chinese, French, German, Italian, Japanese and Korean which can be accessed from your personal wifi enabled device and your own headphones
- Complimentary wifi is provided to access the audio guide
- Please note that infant tickets must be pre-booked, please contact the supplier directly for availability. You will find their contact number in your voucher
- There is no storage for prams and large bags on board or at the departure point. Please leave them in your car or hotel room
