A few days before departure, the tour guide contacted me via WhatsApp, clearly stating the meeting time and location. The guide, Sarah, was excellent. The tour bus was large and comfortable. I purchased a lunch package at the restaurant; the food was plentiful but slightly unsuitable for young children (they could only eat fries). My itinerary included a 15-minute skywalk. The overall itinerary was very smooth. Highly recommended. Note that a tip is expected for the guide at the end (optional). Sarah's service and attitude were excellent, so I gave her a small cash tip. 👍🏻★

It was amazing!! Alex, our guide, was very helpful. We only had one minor mishap, haha. They're super punctual, and for a few minutes the bus left us behind. We called quickly, and they arranged for us to meet the group somewhere else.★
