If a cancellation request is submitted before 12:00 AM, 30 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 12:00 AM 30 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.

- The Bloemenmarkt is closed on Sunday mornings, if you book a Sunday morning tour, the time normally dedicated to the market will be spent elsewhere
- Begijnhof is closed at the weekends, if you book a weekend tour the time normally dedicated to the Begijnhof will be spent elsewhere
- Your guide will be happy to customize the itinerary on the day for you if you wish to spend more or less time at attractions/areas stated on your tour itinerary
