Reviews: Windsor Castle, Stonehenge, and Oxford Day Trip from London
Guest User2026-01-05
The experience was great. Kevin was an enjoyable tour guide. Knowledgeable and funny, and knows how to manage the group with timing etc. David drove timely and carefully. The audio aid was a great add-on too. Made it convenient for everyone to during the walking tour of Oxford. It’s quite a long tour given the three sites but it felt jam-packed, and it’s value for money. The Stonehenge site was interesting and very intriguing, the Windsor castle is also nice but we had to wait in line for 30mins in the cold.

My opinion is that the value for money is super cool, but you need to organize your time well because many attractions close at 6:00 PM or are closed altogether, and as a tourist, you don't have accurate information about opening times, which makes you waste time. For example, the Shard tower was closed Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday, even though the internet said it was open. The same thing happened with two other museums. At the abbey, which is a magnificent place, I spent a little over three hours; it's so beautiful that you lose track of time. But everything is super cool; it's worth it.

The meeting point was difficult to find. As a result, we arrived late, but luckily we were able to join the tour an hour later. The correct meeting point is at the Ritz Hotel, about 5-10 minutes away from the posted location. The tour itself was good. Our guide told us a lot of interesting information about London, some of which was new to us.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience with Ashley as our guide. From the very beginning, he made sure everything was smooth, comfortable, and enjoyable. His knowledge of the history was exceptional — he explained everything in great depth, shared fascinating stories, and brought each place to life in a way that was easy to understand and truly engaging. Ashley also made sure we didn’t miss any of the important landmarks or hidden highlights, carefully guiding us through all the must-see spots. What really stood out was his kindness and sweet nature — he was patient, attentive, and genuinely cared about making our experience special. We felt extremely lucky to have Ashley as our guide, and he truly made the tour memorable for us. Highly recommended to anyone looking for an informative, well-organized, and warm guiding experience. Thank you, Ashley, for an unforgettable day! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Great tour! Finding the coach was easy and the ride was comfortable. The bus driver did a good job explaining everything when we first arrived. We had plenty of time to see Stonehenge, take some great pictures, eat at the cafe, and shop at the gift store. The cafe had some really good pasties.
