The heliport cannot be reached by public transport. Please watch the video sent to you when receiving your final flight time the day before to see how to get to the place.
Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 12:00 AM, 1 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 12:00 AM 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
Important note
Know in advance:
- You'll be requested to add your contact details during checkout
- The maximum weight to fly is 130 kg - per person
- If you exceed 110 kg, it is required that you pay for a second seat
- Note that you will be notified of your exact flight time the day before your flight. You will need to arrive 20 minutes before departure time
- ID/Passport is needed for boarding this experience. At check-in, you will be given your boarding pass and the receptionist will take note of your personal data and weight as the commander will need to verify the balance of the helicopter
- You'll receive a pre-flight safety checklist before boarding
